All individual and group sessions are billed unless a
four (4) hour in advance cancellation is given. All late
cancelled appointments are billed.

*Mr. Jill’s is not responsible for finding groupers.
However, grouping is offered as a privilege. Mr.
Jill's can not always guarantee that you will be
grouped, therefore, you will be charged a one-on-
one rate if your grouper is sick or absent and
cancels prior to the 4 hour advance cancellation
period. If your grouper late cancels, you will be
charged the group rate.
